株式会社ルーバートは、
個人情報取扱事業者として お客様から収集した個人情報の保護を事業運営上、最重要事項として位置づけ、
個人情報に関する法令及びその他の規範を遵守し、個人情報を正確かつ安全に取り扱う事をお約束致します。
個人情報の収集と利用
個人情報を収集する場合は、収集目的を明確に開示して収集し、収集した個人情報は、御本人の同意を得た範囲内で利用致します。当社では収集した個人情報を以下の目的に利用致します。
＊ 当社が主催、共催する公演に関する広告宣伝物、ご案内、申込書の送付
＊ コンペティション入賞者の、公式WEBサイトhttps://www.jazzpiano.jp での氏名掲載
＊ コンペティション参加者の、その他SNSやスポンサーレポート、外部メディア等での氏名、写真、動画掲載
個人情報の第三者提供
当社では、収集した個人情報を予め開示した利用目的を超えて、当該個人情報を利用する事はありません。
また、「御本人の同意がある場合」又は「法令等で要求された場合」を除き、第三者に提供・開示は行いません。
ただし、チラシ、ご案内等の発送など当協会があらかじめ開示した正当な利用目的の範囲内において、
機密保持契約を締結した業務委託先の事業者に個人情報を預託する場合があります。
この場合、当該業務委託業者の個人情報の取扱について、当社は厳重に管理・監督いたします。
個人情報の開示・訂正・削除
当社では、収集した個人情報に対し、御本人から開示・訂正・削除の依頼を受けた場合、
御本人である事を当協会が確認出来た場合に限り、社会通念や慣行に照らし合理的な期間、妥当な範囲で応じます。
個人情報の保護及び管理
当社では、収集した個人情報について、不正アクセス、紛失、盗難、漏洩、改ざんなどを防止するために、
適正な安全対策を講じます。
寄付金について
当コンペティションの運営、発展および継続ならびに関連する教育・文化・コミュニティ活動を支援する目的で、任意の寄付を受け付ける場合があります。
寄付は完全に任意であり、コンペティションへの参加に必須ではありません。また、寄付によって、所有権を含むいかなる権利、商品またはサービスの提供、もしくはコンペティションにおける優遇措置が付与されるものではありません。
法令上必要とされる場合を除き、寄付金の返金には応じられません。寄付金の利用に関するご質問については、いつでも当社までお問い合わせいただけます。
決済は「Stripe」を通じて安全に処理されます。寄付を行う際、一定の決済関連情報が「Stripe」のプライバシーポリシーおよび利用規約に従って収集・処理される場合があります。
寄付金の税務上の取扱いや控除対象該当性について、当社は一切保証いたしません。
プライバシーポリシーの変更
当社は、プライバシーポリシーの内容の全部あるいは一部を改定することがあります。
その際改定の内容は当ホームページでお知らせします。

Voluntary Donations
We may accept voluntary donations to support the operation, development, and continuation of the Competition and its related educational, cultural, and community activities.
Donations are entirely voluntary and are not required for participation in the Competition. Contributions do not provide donors with ownership, investment rights, or preferential treatment in the Competition.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, donations are non-refundable.Supporters may contact us at any time regarding questions about the use of donations or contributions.
Payments are processed securely through "Stripe". When making a donation, certain payment-related information may be collected and processed by "Stripe" in accordance with its own privacy policy and terms of service.
We make no representation regarding the tax treatment or deductibility of contributions under any jurisdiction.
Changes to privacy policy
Roobato Co. may revise all or part of the content of the Privacy Policy.
